Good evening!
In our previous house, we had the toilet model "Ideal Standard Connect," specifically the rimless version. Visually, I really liked this model. However, we sometimes had the issue that it splashed water during flushing. So, you had to carefully close the lid before flushing, otherwise water would occasionally spray onto the floor. It wasn’t a major problem, but now I’m wondering whether we should choose the same toilet for the new house or look for a different one.
Is this issue specific to the model we chose, or do all rimless toilets have this problem? Do you have any recommendations for alternative models?

Hands-On in connection with toilets creates strange images in my mind. That was probably exactly Kati’s intention, and she was thinking of you 😀

The main advantage I see is the built-in Geberit insertion chute for cleaning tablets. For those who might not be familiar with this, I can only recommend it.Please don't... It's awful when a chemical product is used in every little corner of the household...

It’s terrible when a chemical product is used in every little corner of the house…Basically, you are right, but these products are no more or less chemical than those cleaning tablets you usually find in toilet bowls. Also, hardly any other chemicals are needed because these products have a cleaning effect at the same time.
Anyway, it works well for us so far.

I’d like to put forward the "Subway 2.0 Rimless deep-flush toilet" from V & B. It has been supplied for a year using water from a domestic water system or cistern, with no added chemicals since then (I really dislike those) and it’s still clean. Comfortable, no splashing, and I find it "elegant."
