Hello everyone, we are new here and currently working on finding the right floor plan for our single-family house. We would appreciate any support and ideas.

The south side is at the bottom, and the main entrance should be on the side, as this seems to work best for our plot.

What I don’t like about this example is the hallway (no space for a coat rack), as well as the bathroom (too small), and the office is too large.

Our original design couldn’t be realized as planned, and this one was suggested as an alternative.

Floor plan of a house: kitchen, living/dining area, hallway, WC, utility room, pantry, stairs, prefabricated garage.

Thank you
Since we have many large windows throughout, the lighting conditions are excellent. Every room on the upper floor has floor-to-ceiling windows that are 1.80 m wide (5 ft 11 in). In the two larger rooms (each about 19 m² (205 sq ft) and 20 m² (215 sq ft)), there are also large skylights that are 1.34 m wide (4 ft 5 in), and the glass element in the stairwell measures approximately 1.30 m wide (4 ft 3 in) by 3.40 m high (11 ft 2 in). This lets in a lot of natural light. The smaller room is 17 m² (183 sq ft) and the bathroom is 15.5 m² (167 sq ft). I find all the rooms very bright. This "extra room" in the bathroom is the shower :-p
