Hi

What exactly is your question? What is the situation on the plot?

Without precise information, there are two very specific, but completely opposite answers:

1. Raise the ground level and build a bungalow
2. Then a bungalow simply won’t be possible

Hey, thanks for the reply. I’m new here and wasn’t able to continue writing the question—it seems there’s a character limit—but I think where I wrote "hi" the question or details were supposed to be. Sorry about that. Yes, it’s a bungalow, and the difference in height for the embankment is about 3.5 m (11.5 feet). The building line extends after 20 meters (66 feet), so if the house is around 14 m (46 feet) long, there are only about 6 meters (20 feet) left to drive up. This means the garage will have a pretty steep incline.
