Hello. Today I have a perhaps rather silly question. A gas heating system is planned for our heating room, which is located on the ground floor. Does such a heater emit a lot of heat? How warm do you think it usually is in a heating room with a gas heater?
Every electrical device generates heat, including a router. It’s the total amount that matters. This is why many network cabinets—not only server racks—are designed with outlets for heat removal using fans.
If you also operate a washing machine and dryer in the utility room, even more heat is introduced.

Millimeter experts, pst.
A utility room without heating, 10 sqm (108 sq ft), containing a gas boiler, a hot water storage tank, a dryer, and a washing machine. The room is cool to cold. It is well suited for storage. That’s why we placed our pantry cabinet there.
The boiler essentially does not heat the room at all. Karsten
