ᐅ How to protect a flat-roof garage and its parapet flashing from damage?

Hello everyone,

we have a flat roof garage with an anthracite aluminum wall capping. Yesterday, I installed the wall capping, except for one meter (3 feet) where the ladder was leaning. The question might sound strange, but it is a freestanding garage with a wall height of 3m (10 feet) and no other access than the ladder.
I left out the last piece of sheet metal because it would probably bend under the pressure of the ladder. How have you solved this problem?

I don’t have this problem myself, but I believe there are special ladder hooks that can be mounted on the parapet.

Does the sheet metal have a substructure? If so, place it exactly on those supports.
It is better not to use a leaning ladder.
