Hello dear forum,

one more question about the technique:

See the sketch ... gypsum boards are now to be installed under the intermediate beam, above the vapor barrier. Since we have already set the profiles for this, we noticed that a panel lifter (borrowed from OBI) can only work at a height of 150cm (59 inches) and above.

So how do we lift the boards with two people – this is really a technical question – so that they fit flush at the back with the knee wall and align properly under the intermediate beam? It needs to fit neatly ...

Last night, this was quite a challenging task – is there any professional advice?

Hello,

do you plan to add the knee wall later? If so, I don’t quite understand your issue, because you could simply continue the panels at the bottom without having to be exact to the millimeter. Later, you can build the knee wall in front of it, and you’ll have a neat finish at the bottom.

Yeah, the answer is in your message... I can use the rotary tool first and then place the panel.

I was mainly concerned about the hard work itself – the panels are really heavy... thanks
