ᐅ How to Install Recessed Spotlights in a Ceiling Without a Suspended Ceiling?

Hello,
I am looking for recessed ceiling spotlights for my house. Unfortunately, there is no suspended ceiling, so traditional spotlights with clips cannot be installed.
Does anyone have an idea how to mount such spots without a suspended ceiling? Or any specific products for this purpose?

I would really appreciate your support.

Oh, the holes and electrical wiring are already installed, so I would look for spotlights with a trim larger than 100mm (4 inches), or go directly for LED panel lights.

Our plasterer reduced the hole using cut drywall panels. However, we had a box installed inside, to which the drywall panels could be screwed securely.

There are recessed spotlights designed specifically for standard cast-in-place concrete boxes (and their dimensions)…

The recessed spotlights with clips should also hold securely there.

I’m not sure which technical experts are moderating here. But the idea of using adhesive wasn’t a joke... Attach the spot protrusion to the ceiling with glue, and you’re done.
