Why not the "Ringskär" then?
It has a different handle but also a long spout and no pull-out spray.

If it doesn’t have to be Swedish, there are countless options available on eBay, in hardware stores, etc.
I think it will be difficult to remove the shower head because that is the water outlet of the mixer tap. The outer casing, as far as I can see, has no preparation for a strainer on the spout, for example, and whether the dimensions match those of a strainer is questionable. Also, I believe the faucet’s interior is not designed for direct water contact and, for example, is not coated accordingly, since this is all covered by the shower head.
The design leaves a lot to be desired. I would look outside the blue-and-yellow store.
