Dear friends of refined living,
Now it has happened: for the first time, I am stuck.
I want to hang three pendant lamps above our dining table using the 365 SÄNDA system.
So today, I bought a 140cm (55 inch) rail and a power connector to get familiar with the system. How do I attach the rail to the ceiling?
What I understand so far is that there are three mounting clips, for which I need to drill three holes with anchors using the included cardboard template. Okay, but how do I then screw the mounting hooks to the ceiling?
And is it correct that the rail comes without an installation manual? The connector had one included.
Thoughtful greetings into the night

Hello Chicki,
thank you for your quick reply. I had a feeling it might be like that. But the clamps are really tight.
I didn’t dare to pry them open.
I will test it again over the weekend.
By the way, I live in GK and visit you in Heerlen quite often.
Nice store, and even better once the new building is finished...

Heeeeeey,
no, don’t pry open the bracket!!! 😀 😉
You basically “turn” it opposite to the direction of the rail track. So don’t hammer the screws in 1000% tight. Only tighten them enough so you can still slightly rotate the brackets. I’m not sure how else to explain it...
So, turn the bracket, hold the rail in place, and click the brackets into the rail by turning them.
Best regards,
alex
Yes, Heerlen is great. Unfortunately, I’m currently down after a wisdom tooth surgery and can’t work.

Berni_205412 Oct 2009 22:34Is this track lighting rail compatible with any other type of lamp? And if so, what components are needed to install three pendant lights on it?
