does anyone have experience with typical gas consumption values in a newly built house???
Here are the details of our house:
New build 04/10 KfW 70
Underfloor heating with gas and controlled ventilation; additionally, a Swedish wood-burning stove was installed
Triple glazing
Room air-independent extractor hood

the actual energy consumption can be calculated and compared with your own values. Information from the energy saving ordinance / building energy regulations is generally not suitable for this purpose! They only provide a quantitative comparison option.
The same applies to third-party data, as the number of different influencing factors is simply too large.
