I am currently looking into purchasing Ikea Pax furniture and would like to clarify how long the warranty on these products actually lasts. I am interested in both the carcass as well as the doors and fittings.
Could someone please specify how long Ikea provides a warranty on Pax wardrobes, drawers, and other components? I have found different information in various sources, ranging from 5 to 10 years, but I want to be sure I have reliable details.
Are there any differences depending on whether the items were bought in-store or online?

I would like to emphasize one more thing: the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly or normal wear and tear. This is important for PAX, as the furniture is often self-assembled.
Proper assembly is therefore a basic requirement for warranty claims.
