ᐅ How much time is usually needed between the screed installation and handover?

Our screed is scheduled to be finished on July 3rd.

When is it realistic to expect the handover? After 2 months? Or 3 months? …?

No basement, 108 sqm (click vinyl flooring done by ourselves, plus tiles installed by the builder’s tiler), 1.5 stories…

The screed will be installed here at the beginning of July. Tiles will be laid in early August, with handover scheduled for September 1st. The house size is similar.

Here, screed on 26.02., handover expected on 29.05.

With 3 months, you are on the safe side. You need at least 2 months.

Screed until 3.5.19, planned move-in from 15.7.19

It could work. Tiles at the end of May, then painting, etc....
