ᐅ How is this facade constructed?

Below you can see a picture of a house whose exterior (especially the materials and color combination) we find very appealing. The facade is partly coated with light gray plaster. However, between the windows there are panels? These match the frame color of the windows, and the front door, garage door, canopy, and flashing also coordinate perfectly with it.

Now for the main question: How are these facade sections with a different material finish between the windows constructed? Are these small areas made with a curtain wall system? Is it very expensive? Or is it simply that the plaster was omitted there and panels were mounted instead?

These are panels from the window manufacturer. Approximately 400-500€ each for this size.
Behind them is a thin, highly insulating layer (PUR/PIR) and masonry.

The front door can possibly be purchased from the same supplier, so you can be sure the color matches (same foil from the same manufacturer).
Otherwise, you can at least try to get as close a color match as possible using the RAL color palette.

Thank you for the quick response.

Is there no wall behind these panels? Or are they mounted directly on the masonry?

In any case, it will be expensive. You might almost as well just install an additional window.

Of course, there is masonry behind it.

Well, what does expensive mean? In the example photo, I guess that aluminum windows are shown. You can see the street-facing side; there will obviously be much more glass at the back. That probably cost at least €50,000 (about $54,000) for this building. So a panel like that is still affordable.

If you want it cheaper, you simply build a wall between the windows and then paint the plaster anthracite. However, this is by no means comparable in quality to what is shown in the photo. This is also dismissively known as "Smokey Eyes."

Well, that’s exactly the point. I’ve seen this cheap version several times; it looks ugly. Why does everything stylish have to be so expensive :-(

The garage will probably be painted only in that color, right?
