Matthias 4015 Mar 2019 10:56Hello everyone,
I have now gathered all my quotes. Only the exterior plastering is still missing. In conversations with colleagues, I have heard all kinds of figures, some as high as 60,000 for a normal to larger house.
I know the question is quite general. The only information I have is that a reinforcement mesh will be applied, and the house is being built with solid construction / brick masonry. Could you perhaps provide an approximate cost per square meter (sq m) of exterior wall?
Thank you in advance for your input!
Have a great weekend
Best regards

Mineral fine scratch plaster: about €120 per m² (WeberAquabalance)
However, this offer is from early 2017, so prices are now higher accordingly.
Scratch plaster is naturally a bit more complex (first reinforcing mesh, then base coat, then scratch plaster, and finally the plaster is scratched off again).
Oh, and the price is gross (tax included).

Here is an example of what such an offer might look like. However, it is from late 2017 and the price will actually be lower since the scaffolding will not need to be dismantled again.
The building has 2 full floors with 140 sqm (1507 sq ft) plus a basement made of cast-in-place concrete, where only the interior walls in the basement will be plastered additionally.
