This is a good opportunity to tailor a house to your needs. The cabinets you have in the pantry, for example, can partly be placed in the kitchen and the rest in the basement, for instance. The pantry has more floor space for movement than shelf space. And there is a window. This is not ideal for storing supplies.
Your wardrobe area is divided, split by the entrance to the dining room. You have to be organized (especially if multiple people live there) to avoid tracking dirt all the way into the dining room.
You will have a house of approximately 200m2 (2,150 sq ft). It would be a shame if the pantry takes away the most valuable space near the entrance. Unless it’s a farmhouse with a connected butcher’s area. Then having storage easily accessible is an advantage. But how should we know?
And since you’re mostly adjusting the windows and even the colors, we assume you’re done planning. However, it could definitely be made more functional. I’m not going to push you a third time to answer a few questions and provide some information if you want to get more out of the floor plan or want suggestions that might make you think again and possibly reach the same conclusion. But then it will be airtight and give you a better feeling.
Honestly, I think you’re not very familiar with spatial thinking and how people function in a home. That’s not a problem. Messing around with colors is just a distraction. That really comes at the very end. First, wouldn’t a foolproof floor plan be better?

Much better.
One more question about the other windows: Is it intentional to have floor-to-ceiling windows in the stairwell, but the stairs actually cover most of them? On the wall, you’re more on a half-landing, and right there there is no window for about 30cm (12 inches). Will it be an open wooden staircase?

For the two stairwell windows, you will need safety glass.

Well, but where should I cut the square meters from?
Then, for example, the pantry for the cloakroom would be lost. With this, you have answered an unasked question yourself, namely that the floor plan is not fully developed.
