Scholes2215 Dec 2015 22:34Hello and good evening 🙂
Since the weather is getting colder again, it’s time to start thinking about heating.
Especially because we are currently building and still have to decide how we want to heat and what system to use.
We chose a prefabricated house and, to be honest, we are completely overwhelmed by the topic -.- Many say that a conventional heating system is not allowed, others recommend such a system
der Link wurde gelöscht, da es sich eh um eine Werbe/Infoseite für eine Hausbaufirma handelt, Gruss die Mod...
and still others say we should hire a professional.
Honestly, it’s driving us crazy. Especially since it’s getting colder, and the place is really cold 😱
That’s why I wanted to ask here and hope for neutral opinions.
Who has experience with this, and what would be your recommendations?

You’re confusing me... do you already have a house, or are you building one? Is it getting colder? Are you currently sitting by a campfire?
What does your provider offer?
Gas is great if it fits your concept – I’ve heard oil heating is making a comeback 😀
Air-to-water heat pumps are also fine if they suit your plan.
Even ground-source (geothermal) heat pumps and air-to-air heat pumps can work if they fit your concept.
Exotic options – rumor has it – use wood of all kinds, which is also excellent if it fits the concept.
The really extreme ones use electric direct heating – but it’s rare to have a matching concept for that 😀
What I mean is: more information, please... what are you building – size, region, insulation standard? Do you already have a heating demand calculation? Is there a heating load calculation? Can you meet your energy saving regulations and KfW targets with gas?

I agree with the previous poster. There is simply not enough information to be able to help you.
But I can answer your initial question. 🙂
We use gas heating and have solar thermal panels on the roof (this was mandatory), as well as underfloor heating.
According to the reference house and energy certificate, our energy consumption will be just under 10,000 kWh. We will keep you updated.
Our standard: Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 and double glazing.
