Hello,

by now there are quite a few different household appliances for cleaning floors, such as robotic mops, electric wet mops, and steam cleaners. Do you use any of these, or do you simply use a bucket with a mop?

Best regards,

By the way, my husband has a similar device that wipes and squeegees. (Vileda?) He is happy with the cleaning. He can see it in the water. I use a bucket and mop… I can see my cleaning in the water too :P
I don’t use his device. Why? It’s too heavy for me.

I’m hoping for a good Black Friday deal on the Kärcher FC7 cordless, which is a battery-operated vacuum mop. To be honest, I was influenced by Instagram and I’m curious to see how it performs in reality 😉

Well, he accuses you of wanting to build a huge house but not wanting to spend money on a cleaning lady.

.

What we would really prefer is a proper mopping robot—one with similar technology (rollers that clean themselves right away) rather than some flimsy cloth that’s just slightly dampened.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck finding one like that...

I don’t have any experience with the Yeedi Mop 2’s rotating rollers.

The Roborock S7 vibrates its mop plate.

That’s quite an amusing perspective and highlights the discrepancy. This happens to (almost everyone), and it’s definitely something to laugh about. For example, I wear my clothes until they wear out and only pay attention to my outfit on certain days. People often don’t connect this with my watch, my vehicle, or my tendency to give generous tips when I receive good service. Don’t focus on the supposed criticism, but on its cause—that’s where you’ll see the humor in the logic behind the statement.

Anyone who criticizes these little machines probably still washes their clothes by hand and uses T9…..

Especially if you don’t have small children (then there’s so much clutter), a robot vacuum is the best investment…. Nowadays, with hardwood floors everywhere, dust accumulates everywhere else, and the robot nicely cleans it up…. The best purchase is the Neato Botvac D5.

Thanks, but the Yeedi does not clean its mopping disc. For me, that’s like using the mop for the entire floor without ever rinsing it out in the bucket. So, similar to the other suspects with a cloth underneath, except the cleaning effect is intensified by the rotation.

I was thinking more of a robot with multiple rollers that get washed inside the housing, like some cordless mop vacuum cleaners do. I still don’t fully understand why something like that doesn’t exist. I wouldn’t mind if it was taller (it would surely need much more clearance than a vacuum robot), so that it no longer fits under the bed.
