I am planning to install an Ikea Metod kitchen soon and am currently considering how to securely attach the kitchen cabinets to different wall types. Specifically, I am interested in:
- Which types of wall plugs and screws are recommended depending on the wall material (e.g., concrete, brick, drywall, wood paneling)?
- Are there any special installation tips for walls with unusual compositions, such as drywall with insulation behind it, or clinker brick?
- What minimum distances and load limits should be observed when mounting the Metod wall cabinets?
