I am currently focusing on how to best prevent transport damage when dealing with passengers, or Pax. This concerns not only the physical protection of luggage or equipment but also the safe transportation of passengers themselves—for example, in airports, on cruise ships, or during transfers by buses and shuttles.
What methodological approaches, organizational measures, and technical tools have proven effective in minimizing damage and injuries during the transport of Pax? I am particularly interested in how both the process and liability aspects should be managed to reduce incidents as much as possible and ensure that all parties are transported safely and efficiently.
