ᐅ How can I better adjust the drawers of the Ikea Brimnes wardrobe?

Hello everyone,
I have noticed that the drawers of my Ikea Brimnes chest are no longer closing smoothly and evenly. In particular, one of the lower drawers sticks slightly and is not sitting parallel within the cabinet, which makes opening and closing difficult. The mechanism seems to be intact, but the adjustment appears imprecise, and the drawer no longer slides as smoothly as it did initially.
My question: How can I better adjust the drawers of my Brimnes chest to restore a proper fit? Are there any tips on optimizing the drawer slides or the mounting screws without having to remove the entire drawer?
I would appreciate practical advice, ideally including information about the adjustable components on the furniture. Thanks in advance!

The Ikea model does not have any special adjustment screws at the back of the drawer slides. That is absolutely correct. Additionally, I want to emphasize that the material of the side panels in Brimnes is not very thick. This means that overtightening the screws can cause cracks or pressed-in marks.
Therefore: always tighten screws gently and apply even pressure on both sides.
If you also notice a slight tilt of the drawer to the left or right, it can help to slightly counterhold the upper mounting screw of the drawer slide and then adjust the screw just a little. Small steps are key to success here.
Is there a specific drawer that is particularly affected in your case, or do the problems occur with all of them?

Is there a particular drawer that is mainly affected for you, or do the problems occur with all of them? Thanks for asking. It’s actually only the bottom of the three drawers that sticks noticeably and doesn’t close properly. The top two work quite well.
I will loosen all the screws again today and make very slight adjustments, especially to the left drawer slide, which is positioned noticeably higher. I will also take a closer look at the plastic clips and, if necessary, gently bend them.
The tip about using a spirit level is definitely helpful—I will give that a try. If that doesn’t help, I could imagine that the wooden frame of the drawer might be warped, though hopefully that’s not the case.
I’ll get back to you once I have tried it out!
