Good morning,
we have built a house in a new development area.
The house has a 45-degree roof pitch and a knee wall height of 1.20 meters (4 feet).
We chose this design because we like it and it fits well into the local streetscape.
Around us, only houses with two full storeys and taller knee walls are being built.
Are there any other builders here who have built like us and can help ease my concerns? The rooms upstairs cannot be fully used.
The house has 150 square meters (1,615 square feet) and is smaller than the other houses.

I also have a 45-degree roof pitch and a 1 meter (3.3 feet) knee wall.
