The house should be around 140-150 sqm (1507-1615 sq ft). High-end finish. Flat roof. Without a basement. What kind of costs can one roughly expect?

Which heating system, which technology, how many bathrooms, which rooms, KfW70/55, which construction type (timber frame, aerated concrete, brick, with/without insulation), own labor, what kind of flooring, etc.?
To give an estimate regarding the price, more information is needed. You might as well have asked: how much does a blue car with premium features and 4 wheels cost? :-)
