Today was a wonderfully beautiful day, and this photo was taken then... We’ve now been living in our new home for exactly 2 years. Eventually, everything will be covered in greenery, but until then, we’re patient. Over the summer, we make do with large quantities of annual flowers. However, I currently miss the affordable 10-cell trays that are usually sold everywhere at this time. And my own seeds aren’t really germinating… well, it will work out. Best regards, Steffi
In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful houses and the nicest front garden shown in this thread! Wishing you continued enjoyment.

What can I do if my subcontractors communicate with me and share information? Are you just frustrated right now, or why are you directing this at me? This forum is not only for discussing problems but also for sharing positive experiences. If you don’t like it, you can simply ignore me.
EDIT: How did your cost estimate with EL turn out? Have you already started? It would be interesting to get some information on the current situation. I’m not frustrated. It’s just that this “I’m so great and know everything” attitude is, to put it mildly, not my thing. You will probably accept open criticism if you also handle it as openly yourself.
Furthermore, much of your expertise seems to be based on hearsay...
Edit: Financially, I’m on track. Also with the construction schedule. However, it is often very stressful (but manageable thanks to flexible working hours).

On the other hand, most of your expertise is based on hearsay...Did you expect something different? This is an amateur forum. Besides, you interpret more into my writing than necessary. I'm glad things are going well, and if I can give a few tips to some original posters along the way, I'm even more pleased.Zaba12 schrieb:

I’m glad things are going well, and if I can give a few tips to some original posters along the way, I’m even happier. I don’t know every single post from you, but I have to say that sometimes it feels like you’re taking things a bit too far. I can understand the reaction or pushback from others in that case.
Sometimes it’s better to stay in the same gear rather than shifting too early .
By the way, nice houses here .
