Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Then choose larch wood. No maintenance needed; the wood develops a beautiful gray patina.

At least the basic frame for the bathroom dividing wall is already in place.

Uh, yeah, and it looks like it’s right in front of a window sash (?)

It’s a matter of taste, but for me, it’s a must-have (if the building permit / planning permission allows it).

And a building plan with taste knows that Bavaria is not in Westphalia

Larch? – wasn’t tile mentioned earlier when talking about the wood look?

I was almost about to ask what exactly is in your development plan... funny?!

We have now started the electrical work in the garage.

In total, there will be around 40 to 50 outlets.

For those who use three-phase power, we have installed three outlets distributed throughout the garage.

White building facade with door on the right, gray switch boxes and red cover.

Unfinished interior: white wall, window, ceiling with wooden beams, construction tools on the floor.

The garden shed will get one later as well.

Luckily, I chose the large electrical cabinet, so I still have some space.

We decided to install a completely new sub-distribution panel. It is supplied from the house with a 16mm² (around 5 AWG) cable.

Distribution cabinet with circuit breakers, terminal strips, and wiring

And yes, I know the cabinet is not fully wired yet.

I consider 50 power outlets for the garage to be, to put it mildly, a bit excessive. We managed well with 10...
