Personally, I don’t find 170 sqm (1830 sq ft) to be a small area (far from what a big customer would order). It’s some sealed concrete block, so not rough, with glitter in it, and 10cm (4 inches) thick.KANN Vanity anthracite satin finish, 60x30 cm (24x12 inches), 8cm (3 inches) thick. That should be about right, right?
Ask building material suppliers and possibly DIY stores with building material departments. It should be under 30€.
And go for the 8cm (3 inches); 10cm (4 inches) is an extra.
If you want to save 10-15€/sqm (about $10-15 per sq ft), skip the glitter—you can find that kind of product in any DIY store then. However, it just won’t say KANN on it.

Well, you’re really daring!!!
It was only aimed against the farmers. The agricultural sector is to blame.

Regarding the construction progress:
- The screed is drying
- After Easter, the facade will be completed and the scaffolding removed
- As mentioned before, the joints will be filled with filler and primed
- The exterior landscaping will be done this year already. We are almost on the same schedule; our screed is coming next week. Then the scaffolding will be taken down and the floors installed.
We will do the facade and terrace floors at the end to avoid any damage.

Ask building material suppliers and possibly home improvement stores with building material departments. Should be under 30€ per square meter.

If you want to save 10-15€/sqm, skip the shimmer, then you can find something like that in any home improvement store. But it won’t say KANN on it. Thanks for the research. I think these are the stones.
I haven’t looked much into paving stones and patio slabs. Unfortunately, I got distracted by the weekly weekend home improvement store flyers showing prices around 25€ per square meter for porcelain stoneware and 15€ per square meter for concrete.
I think we’ll probably go with something inexpensive for the 100sqm (1076 sqft) driveway and something a bit better for the 70sqm (753 sqft) patios and walkways. The KANN stones would probably be pearls before swine as driveway pavers, right?
