Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

0.6% after 4 weeks with heating. The house reached over 40°C (104°F). Supply temperature was 45°C (113°F) for one week (6 days).
Yes, prefabricated house, the roof was covered on the 2nd day and almost all the Fermacell boards were installed on the walls.
No complaints so far and everything is great.

We are talking about traditional brick-and-mortar construction, not a prefab house. So here: foundation stone laid on March 20, 2017. Handover on September 1, 2017. Move-in on September 11, 2017.
End of July seems tight to me. Because for us, there was almost no downtime during the whole process.

A quick question for the prefabricated house community here. How long was your delivery time?
When we looked into it about 1.5 years ago, they said 12 months... which unfortunately took away the advantage of the shorter construction time for us.

Contract signed in April. The building application was submitted on June 2nd, and after a lot of pressure, approval was granted in September. Detailed planning followed, then winter arrived (snow several 10cm (several inches)) until February. After that, excavation took place, followed by the foundation, basement, and the house was completed by the end of March. So everything was "delayed," but only due to non-house-building parties (authorities, weather, etc.).

I don’t remember exactly, but it was between 4 and 6 months.
