The diverter and thermostat are integrated in one housing. It also features simple water on/off control.

I would have used the clever accent with the corner window and the brick strip only once. I really like the harmony of the building volumes with the matching garage roof pitch — and also that the garage is clearly the subordinate part of the ensemble in terms of volume.
