I’m not allowed to discuss that here, otherwise I’ll be kicked out for the third time :pExcuse me? I wouldn’t have registered three times.
Here is the final result of the Q2 plastering. By the way, the ceilings have now been painted twice with a sanding between coats (oil used as UV protection and to make the surface easier to maintain). The "streaky" effect disappeared after the sanding and the second coat.
We will now "only" carefully treat all drywall surfaces with a primer and then apply wallpaper in the areas we will be living in ourselves (no textured wallpaper :cool 🙂

And in case anyone is interested: the plastering of my 400m² (4,300 sq ft) drywall area (with about 130m² (1,400 sq ft) of living space) cost 2,617 euros net.

And today I already installed 2 shower trays (cultured marble, each weighing about 80kg (176 lbs) 😉 ...)

The square cover of the drain in cultured marble is not placed yet (that will hide the drain completely).
Tiling will start tomorrow, which I am really looking forward to. The tiles are 60cm x 60cm x 1cm (24 inches x 24 inches x 0.4 inches), almost black with a subtle texture. In my bathroom, this matches the golden freestanding bathtub including the freestanding floor-mounted bathtub faucet, which I promised to share pictures of in an earlier thread. The showers will be enclosed with glass panels about 2m (6.6 ft) high, with clear glass for the free-standing panels and light gray glass (RAL 9007) lacquered on the walls. Glass will also be installed behind the toilets and partially behind the washbasins. Phew, my bathroom is definitely costing a bit more than initially planned 🙄

The square cover for the drain in cultured marble isn’t placed yet (once it’s on, the drain won’t be visible anymore).
Tiling starts tomorrow, which I’m really looking forward to. The tiles are 60cm x 60cm x 1cm (24in x 24in x 0.4in), almost black with a subtle texture. In my bathroom, the golden freestanding bathtub with a freestanding wall-mounted tub filler matches perfectly—I promised pictures of that in an earlier thread. The showers will be enclosed with about 2m (6.5 ft) high glass panels: freestanding clear glass panels, and panels painted light gray (RAL 9007) on the walls behind. Glass will also be installed behind the toilets and partially behind the washbasins. Phew, my bathroom is definitely costing more than I originally expected 🙄 Hmm, I’m not very familiar with that material. Does it eliminate the maintenance issues that natural marble usually has? It can be really frustrating in the shower otherwise.

More precisely, the material is called "marble polymer" (as stated in the offer). I assume it’s basically self-cleaning 😀
