In our neighborhood, there are two houses that light up their entire facade with different colors every evening. Honestly, I don’t know where people get these ideas from... The facade will remain white. But dimmed orange lighting in the evening is nice for watching TV.

Was this approved? At one of the construction projects we manage, the owner wanted colored lighting but was stopped due to the proximity to the street and the resulting potential traffic hazard.

I don’t need to ask for permission to choose the lighting I use at home, as long as I’m not dazzling anyone. This wasn’t directed at you, but at the neighbor described earlier who lights up their house in multiple colors.
