Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Then you have a special backside...
My usual backside also sticks after a few seconds. However, this usual backside still slides back and forth a little after some movement, or rather slides down.
Anyway, it’s probably due to my rear end.

If you choose fingerprint, definitely go with eKey.

What makes eKey so special?
At the moment, I’m rather against a fingerprint sensor. It’s well known that every IT system has potential vulnerabilities. The question is whether your installed device receives regular firmware updates or similar maintenance. Also, fingerprint readers often have issues in cold weather, with dirty fingers, or similar conditions (which I’ve seen in other houses where users had to swipe their finger 2-4 times to get it to work).

Regarding the backup kitchen: it’s not uncommon for people who see their kitchen as a showroom and don’t want any appliances left out, so they can always take a catalog-style photo. But you actually live in the house, especially in the kitchen, so it’s perfectly normal for everyday appliances to be out in use. 🙄

Really very stylish and a real eye-catcher in any new development with anthracite/white color schemes.

The wooden slats on the garage are meant for climbing plants, right? What are you planning to grow there?

And just because you live indoors, does that mean you can clutter up the kitchen?
If you live indoors, all the more reason to keep it clean and tidy.

If I had the space, I would probably have considered the idea of a backup kitchen as well.

Do you really still use a bathtub? I was convinced that times like that were over and wondered why every new build includes one. I rented for 8 years. There was also a bathtub in the bathroom. I only used it to clean my mountain bike 🙂

I never even thought about getting in myself.

Of course, we use them. We hang our clothes over the edge of the bathtub 🙂
