My daughter wasn’t allowed to publish professional photos publicly until the house appeared on the architect’s website and in several magazines, then it was considered acceptable since it can be found via Google.
Beautiful house. It is his own house, so that is probably sorted out. And there is no better advertising for the architect than a building forum.

In the basement, there is a storage room for drinks and a second refrigerator, then the boiler room, another storage room, and two fairly spacious offices. However, mine has already been converted into my man cave. The house also has a second exterior door on the north side, providing direct access to the basement. Since the house is built slightly on a slope, I assume there are standard windows there? That’s how it is in our case, with the man cave also located there. The two ladies of the house have a "ladies’ room" on the upper floor 🙂

At least in the past few days, the house has been promoted to me multiple times, either by the architect or very aggressively elsewhere on Instagram 😀
I think it’s very well done, with great clean lines, a sense of spaciousness, and the way the images were created definitely adds to the overall impression.
