The most important thing is that protective conduits are now in place.
This really shows how useful this forum is! Or rather, how useful other people’s problems can be... Could someone quickly point me to the relevant discussion in the forum about this issue? This topic is not yet on my list of questions for the plumbing appointment.
I have just read about it, but of course I can also search through the forum myself...

This really shows how useful this forum is! Or rather, how useful other people’s problems are... Actually, not really. Of course they should be installed, but if they’re not, then they simply aren’t there.
It’s much worse if the conduit gets accidentally kinked during installation. That definitely happens, but you wouldn’t even know.
Good evening everyone,
After unfortunately experiencing some quality issues ourselves — the reinforced concrete of the upper floor ceiling developed cracks along the edges — remediation was completed, and today the roof structure finally started going up. The steel frame for the mansard roof was installed, and for the next three weeks everything will focus on the roof truss and covering.

Despite the unreliability of the plumber and tile installer, there is at least some pleasing progress in other areas. The parquet installer and the painter are mostly finished.
The interior doors are arriving today, and hopefully the aforementioned delayed trades will follow next week, so that we can move in by the end of the month…
