I would appreciate any ideas and suggestions on how to best orient the planned house on the overall 551m2 (5928 sq ft) small plot.
There aren’t many options; I have sketched one briefly attached. This layout would have the living room facing north – is there possibly a better alternative or any challenges with this design?

The plot dimensions are approximately 19 x 26m (62 x 85 ft).
House dimensions: 10.85 x 9.86m (36 x 32 ft)

I assume it’s a model home? With the size of your plot, you definitely belong to the lower nobility, so satisfaction should not be an issue. The planting restriction zone (??? – it wouldn’t hurt to explain such hatchings) doesn’t take much away from it.
