ᐅ House Floor Plan – Where Could I Make Improvements?

Hello everyone, here is my first topic. I have already planned a floor plan that is practical but still needs some refinement in terms of aesthetics.
Now my questions to you.

Where can improvements be made?
Is this house feasible for about 260,000€ (solid construction, standard insulation, slate roof, floor coverings with tiles and parquet in the living room area)?
The plot is owned and has a slope of 1m (3 feet) over 15m (50 feet) lengthwise (from left to right).
In the drawing below, south is at the bottom.

Thank you

Sorry, I had network issues.

Thank you for the feedback. I will make a fundamental revision and then post it.

@Shism Currently, I have a ceiling height of 2.20 meters (7 ft 3 in), which resulted from the renovation of an old building.

Hello, I’m back. I want to thank everyone who has shared their opinions with me so far. I have taken a lot to heart and made some fundamental changes.

@Bauexperte I also requested a financing offer for 400,000 euros to be on the safe side.

Here are my new floor plans. Maybe you can “tear them apart” again.

Thanks to everyone in advance.

What did your architect say about your planning back then?

Best regards

Is there already a ceiling in the attic / upper floor? If not, one room in the attic is missing a window. Why don't you put your utility room with the heating system in the basement? Then you could place the kitchen on the upper floor and create an open kitchen/living area.
