Dear forum members,
I would appreciate it if you could take another look at our house design.
When planning, it’s easy to become blind to issues, so I am looking forward to your feedback. Thank you very much.
The plot measures approximately 17.5 m (57 feet) wide by 72 m (236 feet) long and is located in a rural community.

Of course, gladly... none of the above-mentioned floor plans were chosen...
I reworked it for a long time and this floor plan is the result..

The floor plan has really improved a lot. I think everything has become nicely spacious now, and I would gladly take a seat at that dining table right away.

One more thing I noticed: I would reduce the distance between the island and the kitchen run a bit, possibly by increasing the depth of the kitchen run. In any case, the maximum should be around 130 cm (51 inches) instead of 160 cm (63 inches).

Yes, there is now 95 cm (37 inches) between the counter and the wall on each side. The patio doors are double-leaf, and each leaf has its own handle (not a lever), so you can quickly open the second leaf if space gets tight.

And the planner put a lot of effort into the drawings too. I like it.

Hi, I still can’t believe this is Sweet Home 3D. Do I have a different version? How did you model the roof?
