We had our house designed by an architect, and the floor plan, structural calculations, etc., are all finished. We want to collect quotes from different companies ourselves to save costs.
Could someone provide a step-by-step plan indicating where to go first and what needs to be considered there?

Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to show reference products, or I’ll get warned again—even though this is never meant as advertising.
We installed KSK here; I’m happy to show a picture of how it should look and how it shouldn’t.
We also used liquid plastic sealing for the windows, but on a stepped base to the underground garage, which is certainly a somewhat higher load case than for a detached house without a basement.
