Good evening, we are planning to build in Potsdam. Our planning documents (floor plan, site plan, etc.) have already been prepared by our architect. We have already contacted two companies regarding construction. We are still considering which contractor to use. It will be a general contractor. Can anyone give me some advice? Who have you built with (in Potsdam/Brandenburg) and had good or bad experiences with?

I’ve posted the floor plans in the other thread. The architect has contacted two regular companies; no further tendering is planned from the architect’s side, as these companies seem to be so busy that no additional offers are expected. However, I would still like to obtain one or two more quotes myself.
