Only a certified technician approved by the utility provider is allowed to work on anything that is sealed. They will also apply a new seal afterward.
Take the opportunity to install a main switch or safety device in the distribution board for each phase, so that in the future you can safely work on the installation without this effort. Provided there is enough space in the panel.
