I recently installed a countertop dishwasher in my kitchen. Since there was no space near the sink, I had to use a longer inlet hose (3m (10 feet)).
Because there is no water connection under my sink, I wanted a solution that would allow me to connect and disconnect the hose easily.
So far, so good, everything worked out.
Now I have the problem that I can’t install an aqua stop because my faucet only has a 1/2 inch fitting. The hose that came standard with the dishwasher didn’t have one built in either.
Is there any solution for this? Or is this not really a critical issue? I’m not quite sure how to proceed now.
Thanks in advance!

Kevin_ELT24 Jan 2016 15:45Oh yes, I searched endlessly to find a 1/2 inch Aquastop, but unfortunately without success.
Sure, I could switch from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch, use an Aquastop, and then go back from 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch, but isn’t there a simpler solution?
