Have you planned any interesting features that are cost-effective?
For example, we have:
a wood-burning fireplace with water heating
a peephole with a monitor at the front door
bathroom and guest toilet doors without keys, but with this turn-lock
a built-in shelf in the shower
a retractable power strip in the kitchen
Do you have any other suggestions?

Specifically: on the south side, floor-to-ceiling corner windows 2 meters wide (6.6 feet), and on the north side, standard corner windows 1.5 meters wide (5 feet).
I don’t even want to know how much extra that cost.
