Hello everyone,

I am unfortunately a complete beginner when it comes to 230V connections and don’t want to damage my electrical circuit. Therefore, my question is: Can someone tell me where to connect which wires?
The oven or stove manual doesn’t provide much information, and since there are 5 wires, I would rather avoid calling an electrician.

Basically, it would be enough if someone could tell me where the live (phase), neutral, and earth (ground) wires should go.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

PS: The pictures of the connections (unfortunately too large to upload directly here)

Oven:

Stove:

Exposed copper wires of a multi-core cable with yellow, blue, brown, and black conductors.

Wall connection:

Exposed copper wire ends in colored cables (orange, blue, green-yellow) in a housing.

I would only have something like that done by a professional with an invoice. If that part (plus the house) catches fire, you have proof for the insurance, which might otherwise cause problems.

We seem to agree on that. But @Heinz0582 probably won’t be too happy to read this.

Oh man, risking your life over 20 bucks... I do almost everything myself, but electrical work is too risky for me—at least when it goes beyond just installing a light fixture.

Wall connection with fine wire? Please have this done only by an electrician. Only they have the necessary sleeves and appropriate clamps.

Electricity can cause small, black, and ugly damage.
