we are currently working on the floor plan and are feeling a bit overwhelmed. Somehow, we still don't find the layout satisfactory but at the same time, we’re unsure what changes to make.
A brief explanation: the second floor plan shows the latest improvement suggestions from our architect. The last image shows the first draft, where you can see the exterior dimensions.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions for improvements?

The T-shaped layout in the bathroom isn't my preference. I also feel it brings too little light into the rear part of the room.
However, the bedroom/walk-in closet arrangement is perfectly solved.
In the end, I have to say that the budget probably won't match the house. You might need to increase your financial resources a bit. To be honest, I must have overlooked the budget details aside from the plan views ;-)
