What exactly do you mean by that? Which extension? What kind of stairs or pathway? And how should we interpret your drawing – balcony or terrace? Do you have a slope? If so, please specify the incline, from where to where... and where is the plot located? Why are there two staircases on the ground floor? There is a lot of missing information!

Sorry, but it’s impossible to help like this...

If it is even remotely as I understand it, the staircase going down will suffer from chronic lack of space—unless it leads directly outside (that is, beyond the edge of the house). In any case, it will be tight.
