I need some help with the floor plan for the basement. I would like to place the entrance door on the south side, as that is where the street is. It would also be nice if the entrance area had a slight "curve" inward to the house to create a small roof overhang. Otherwise, another solution would be needed for that.

We love the open living area but are open to changes as long as the space remains airy.

I’m starting to get quite frustrated and would appreciate any support 😊

Here is the picture; now check how to suspend it.

Please complete the questionnaire and upload the upper floor (OG) and, if applicable, the foundation floor as well as the site plan of the property (the site plan is available, but where is north or the mentioned south? Where is the street or the entrance?)

To me, this doesn’t look like a basement level, but rather a typical ground floor for a flat plot. By the way, this becomes much clearer (almost naturally) if you simply start with the upper floor. Somehow, it reminds me of a Silesian-influenced design from a few (about four?) years ago here.

It’s not airy!

... the large sofa is roughly the same length as the shower, about 130cm (51 inches) long. So it will basically become the dog bed. And where will you sit? Is it a 2-person household or 4 people?

The plan for the upper floor is not ready yet; the ground floor (sorry, yes, it’s not a basement) has priority. There are only two of us, and upstairs would be just bedrooms, bathroom, and office anyway.
Upstairs is north, right is east, down is south, left is west. The street is to the south at the bottom. The driveway and garage must absolutely be on the west side. The house also has to be located exactly at this spot; I’m more concerned about the interior layout, as I don’t think the development plan helps much with that.

I’m happy to fill out a questionnaire—where can I find it?
