In our building and performance specification, it states that a Buderus Logamax GB162-15 with 5 Logasol SKS 4.0 solar collectors and a PL750/2S buffer tank will be installed.
Now, our construction manager has alternatively and at the same price proposed the following heating system:
Logamax GBH172-24 T75s PNRS400 with 4 SKS 4.0 solar collectors.
I’m not quite sure if the first option might be oversized. And as a second question, if we choose the gas hybrid system (GBH172-24), is it cheaper for the construction company to purchase, and should I expect a credit?
We are building a bungalow with one bathroom and 130 m2 (1,400 sq ft) of living space.
What do the experts here in the forum think? Is the alternative better suited for a household of four?
Thanks & regards,
Rückbauer
