Hello everyone

I am looking for a heating specialist who can program a heating system and its related components. The reason is that my heating system, especially the controls, are faulty. I had to uninstall three of my actuators because the heating control system otherwise does not work. Now I need an expert assessment regarding the error in the planning.

Hi,

I don’t have one on hand. But it is important to know which region you are from. You will need to check the local requirements on site, right?

Best regards

Hi Sandraholster

Yes, you can take a look on site if you want. However, I think the explanation alone should be more than enough. I have three actuators that are supposed to heat a large open area (kitchen, dining, and living room) with one thermostat. The perimeter zones are controlled separately through a fixed setting. I already asked during installation how this was supposed to work, but they assured me it would work reliably. Of course, it never worked properly. In the living room, you couldn’t sit without your feet freezing in winter, while the kitchen was warm. The best claim was that this was a very modern system that also circulates cold water to avoid the issues that older underfloor heating systems used to have (health-related).

Thanks for the info, I’ll give them a call.

Hi Hero69,

I think calling them directly is probably the best option. These are special issues that need to be properly addressed. I already consider this a defect, and they need to fix it.

Good luck.

Yes, I also think a call there is the best option. They will then have to send a technician. If there is no improvement, have an independent expert report prepared.

I think this is a settings issue and should be easy to fix. But it’s frustrating when it doesn’t work properly, especially now as the cold season is starting.
