I would like to get an approximate idea of the cost for installing a heating system in a new build (ground floor and first floor, around 125-130sqm (1345-1400 sq ft)).
- Gas condensing boiler with a solar thermal system (to comply with the Renewable Energies Heat Act)
- Installation of pipes up to the heating circuit distributor (I assume one in the utility room and one somewhere on the first floor)
We plan to lay the pipes for the underfloor heating ourselves and also connect the thermostats. Region: East.
I only need a rough estimate. If possible, please separate materials and labor costs - if not, that's no problem.

what toxicmolotow meant is that this can’t be answered in a general way. These questions always depend heavily on your specific circumstances. What kind of heating system do you want (capacity, manufacturer, etc.)? What kind of solar system...
It’s best to visit two different heating contractors and have them prepare two offers for you.
