Hello everyone,
Tomorrow we have the final appointment with our preferred general contractor.
In your opinion, what questions should be asked before signing the contract? Looking back, what would you have liked to know beforehand?
I couldn’t find a suitable thread; if there is one, I would appreciate a link.
Otherwise, thank you very much in advance.

Today we had a construction meeting, partly conducted remotely and partly on-site with the general contractor.
It lasted a total of 4 hours, and all open questions were addressed.
The brickwork and mortar joints, interior doors and door handle sets, interior window sills, and the front door were selected. Additionally, we increased the ceiling height to 2.76 meters (9 feet) based on the raw construction dimensions.
Overall, we will pay about 7,000 for this.
I never thought you could even select a specific mortar joint pattern yourself 😳
