Hello everyone,
Tomorrow we have the final appointment with our preferred general contractor.
In your opinion, what questions should be asked before signing the contract? Looking back, what would you have liked to know beforehand?
I couldn’t find a suitable thread; if there is one, I would appreciate a link.
Otherwise, thank you very much in advance.

Nowadays, I prefer watching a fireplace rather than turning on the TV; it probably brings me much more relaxation. No bad shows, no reruns, no commercials, and nobody saying "the others from different parties are all stupid."https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

P.S.: However, it does smell a bit strong when you insert a videocassette *LOL*

So, the discussion is over! Everything went very well and was clearly understandable. The signature will be signed on 6.11.
Thanks to everyone for the questions, I received an answer to all of them, and at the end the architect said to me, "You were really, really well prepared, which is quite rare."
If only they knew where I usually hang out

I have noted the breakdown of additional construction costs in more detail since the general contractor (GC) provided a rather general overview.
For example, there is no mention of a crane setup area (which I had read about here in the forum), and the earthworks were initially estimated at 5,000 euros, which has not yet been revised.
The costs for the house itself are known so far.
My question is whether there are items beyond the standard that one should inquire about or consider.
Since two other GCs were also being considered, the conversations were otherwise quite superficial, I would say. Or maybe I just want to know too much. The crane setup area is the question. Out of 10 GCs, only FIBAV wanted about 8,000 euros for a crane setup. The others did not understand the additional costs and said there are none in this regard.
