we are currently working on the floor plan and would appreciate any feedback or suggestions for improvement regarding the room layout. For the ground floor, we have three different options.
Some key details:
- Basement
- Hipped roof
- 670 m² (7204 sq ft) plot of land

The staircase looks odd, with its elongated spiral steps – even if they might fit size-wise.
